Question if a guy touch his precum, and wipe his hands but not wash it, then touch a girl in her genitals, can it be passed on like this. I yall can understand the question.

I am sure it could, but not likely. I mean, if he got cum on his hand and then went and stuck it in the girl, maybe, but chances are whatever was on his hand dried before he touched the girl, and it just isn't likely.
