Today in science class I started feeling dizzy and I worried about that dizziness until I started getting anxiety from so much worry. I cried a lot and all of the blood rush to my fingers and I felt all tingly.

This dizziness has been going on every day this week. I don't know whether it's from anxiety or if there's something wrong with me. I'm still dizzy and I don't know what to do.

Sometimes, when I look up at the sky.. I see little blinky dots that are very small but still there. I also get minor headaches and chest pains at times.

I don't know if there's anything wrong with me or if i'm just over exagerrating. But please help. The doctor didn't do a very good job.

I get dizzy spells to. Sometimes your not drinking enough or it can be anxiety. It could be a inner ear problem. As far as the spots goes I think anyone who looks at a bright light like the sun or a lamp gets those little dots in their eyes. Chest pain can also be brought on by anxiety which I know very well. I have that often. Did doc run any tests? Good luck and try to stay a little calmer.
