You could have but it could have been just your period. See last month the day that I started my period. I hurt so bad that I had to have a heating pad on my stomach. And I took alot of advil to. Well I think that is all I can tell you. Maybe somebody can tell you more then I can. I hope I helped you some.

Thanks littlered. I thought maybe it was just a side effect from coming off the pill, I was just thrown off because the first two were exactly the same and then this one was so painful and short. I hope I didn't miscarry. Anyone else have any thoughts?

You are welcome kyeli. Are you trying to get pregnant. Me and my hubsand is trying to get pregnant. So I get a little down in the dumps when I got my period last month. But I hopeing that I get pregnant soon.

It could have been a miscarriage. When did this happen? What day? You could go to your doctor and have a blood test done. They could see if you have high levels of hcg or if you had any in your system and they are coming down.

When I had my miscarriage I felt like I was having contractions. It lasted all night and I was bleeding really heavily. The bleeding lasted for about a week. I could feel the pain in my tummy and my back. It was awful. I don't mean to scare you but you need to see a doctor. They can tell you better than we can what's going on with you.

Hey guys, thanks for all the advice :) I read up on it more and posted on some other message boards and I really think it was my body readjusting to coming off the pill. The pain was bad yeah, but I also haven't had cramps for about a year so maybe it was just a bit of a shock to get them back. Also, my bleeding wasn't that heavy and there was no clot at all. If I had kept bleeding for a long time, I probably would have gone to the Dr., but it was only one day. I guess i'll just wait and see what my period is like this month.

And yes, I was trying to get preg :)
