Im only 15 years old and im bi-polar, I use to be a druggie, and a acholoic and I use to be very sucidal and a cutter. I was sent to a mental hospital almost 2 years ago and once I got out of the hospital I left all of those things behind me, sicne then I have not cut, drank, or done any drugs, or ever thought about starting back up. But recently i've been having really strong urges to cut, drink, and get high any possibly way I can, I dont want to have a relapse because I have come so far, but I also dont want to say anything because my mom mightput me back in the hospital and I dont want that.....
Any ideas of what I can do
