i am 6months and 1 week with my first. i'm having cramps almost like my period is coming. can this hurt the baby? what's happening?

Cramps during Pregnancy

I've had 3 kids and never cramped during pregnancy. That doesn't sound normal, call your doctor he will probably want to see you.

Hope it's nothing serious.
