Q: Full Recovery

I'm just 1 month into the splint treatment and I feel great so far. Is there such thing as total recovery. I was very ill untill I got the splint on. I had a lot of the same symptoms as chronic fatigue syndrome. I was depressed all the time, fatigued all the time, and I was very shaking(i'm still recovering from the shakyness). I thought about killing myself just about everyday. I'm 22 by the way and had felt this way since I was about 18. I don't know how long I had tmj. Right when my uncle(the dentist) put the splint on all the pain went away. Right then I just kept saying "the pain is gone". It was a total change for me. So I know there is probably still some things I have to overcome completely like my anxiety, which i'm doing. So will I ever feel completely cured?
