I have "flat" acne just on my right cheek. Is there such a thing? Any good solutions?

Possible Solutions
Could that be the side that you sleep on? Or do you hold your hand on you face during the day?
It is best to wash your pillows frequently to reduce anything coming into contact with your skin that should be. Holding your head up using your hand can transfer oil from your hands to your face and dirt for that matter. Try not to touch your face and wash 2 or 3 times a day to keep it clean. If this doesn't work, see a dermatologist.

hey, I have that problem as well! They are red spots around both my cheeks. All my other pimples go away, but the red spots on my cheeks don't. Can you tell me all the information you know? Thanks.

Basically never touch your face, relax those red marks should go away after about 2 weeks, go through your daily routine and make sure not to touch your face, try sleeping face up so your face touches nothing on the pillow, if your skin can breathe it wont get clogged with anything and eventually your red marks will go away.
