Q: Question About Getting Any Kind of Std

Hello

i am wondering if this situation were true, what are the possibilities of getting some kind of std, and if so what methods should be used to test for it.

Sex w/ a very trustworthy condom...Works well, girl says she never goes without one and everything looks fne, no bumps, rashes, etc. And the person licks the upper vaginal area for a few seconds. If this person did this in this scenario, and after sex washed and used mouthwash as well, is there any thing to worry about or any kind of tests that should be done or anything to look for?

I might just be paranoid but peace of mind is always a good thing.

If anyone with that kind of knowledge could reply with a response as detailed as possible that'd be awesome. Thanks

It doesn't matter if everything "looks" fine. You can't see stds. Sure if they have an outbreak of herpes or genital warts then you could "see" that. Condoms don't protect from all stds. You can still get herpes or warts. If she had herpes and you performed oral you could get herpes in your mouth (well, cold sores) and if she has chlamydia, you can get chlamydia in your mouth which moves to your throat and is a very serious infection. That is all I can really tell you. You have to be extra careful out there!
