Q: Diet Pills?

This may be a stupid question, but it is one i'd like to have answered. Is there such a thing as a healthy diet pill? I know that ephedrine or whatever is bad, so that is out....But are there any weight loss pills that really work and won't hurt me?

Diet Pill
The only 'healthy' diet pill is actually a supplement --- green tea extract. That is very good for your body --- lots of anti-oxidents --- and also ups your metabolism. Or you could drink lots of green tea -- it has a bit of caffeine, so that stokes your metabolism too.
But the best diet, of course, is lots of healthy, whole foods & fresh water & exercise. Then your body will be the best size for you.
Good luck!

Healthy Diet Pill
With the recent news about ephedra, there has been concern on weather a healthy diet pill exists.

Most people are overweight because they either eat too much or don't get enough exercise. I did hear of a weight loss pill that contains ingredients to combat each of those things. It's called remedilean.

Re: Healthy Diet Pill
I don't know a lot about the subject, but what do many of the diet pills on the market aim to do? Are they supposed to speed up your metabolism?

There are many different diet pills on the market. Some of them speed up your metabolism and some are appetite suppressants, so they just make you feel full for longer.

Most Diet Pills Are Synthetic Manufactured Pills
Did you know that between 1991 to 1999 eighty-seven of the one hundred doctors who responded to a survey and who had published guidelines for healthy living also developed contracts with the pharmaceutical companies .
