Yes i'm afraid that's what it sounds like. If it is, the next step for you to take is to talk to someone at your school in the clinic and/or a free clinic. You will need medication for sure. I'm this happend to you, it happend to me also. Unprotected sex is the wrong way to go, as I learned myself.
The next this outbreak will come, you may feel like your getting the flu and also some leg pain/back pain, then the outbreak. The more stressed you are, the worse it gets. Valtrex, acyclovir, and femvir are all herpes medication. This medication can prevent outbreaks, but never cure herpes. Good luck to you, and keep your partners aware!

Yea... That's not herpes, since you said they don't hurt. It could be acne or genital warts or something. Hard to know until you have a couple good dr opinions. Just don't freak out everything will be ok and remember to be a man and tell your partner.

Listen!!!!

If they have hair growing out of them it's probably a good chance that it's ingrown hairs.

I mean, you've had sex once, right? And after our first time, im sure the majority of us go through the "oh my god I contracted some weird disease" phase.

I really think you're fine though.
Was the girl you were with a virgin too?

If not, then it never hurts to get checked out, but if she was a virgin, then i'm positive you're fine.

The symptoms you give don't really seem like herpes or warts to me. If theres tons and tons of them down there, then thats a bit odd, and you should get it checked out.

But remember, if you shave down there too, guy or girl, your skin becomes irritated very easily.

And ingrown hairs are seen as red little bumps (that can have hair in them)

i hope you're okay, but just look into your partner and find out who (if anyone) they've been dealing with. And if you're still really freaked out, go to the doctor. It's always the best solution.

You need to get checked regardless. I mean, you can't go around thinking, oh, it's not herpes and then give it to someone else.

And, you can contract herpes, warts, hpv, etc. Even with a condom, so please don't think that you are protected with a condom, because you aren't. Yes, it does definately help and you should always use them, but you aren't 100% protected.
Good luck, but be responsible and get tested to make sure.
