Ok i'm not sure how to ask about this because i've always been shy to talk about my body, even w/ my gyno... But i've come up with a problem and this is my last resort, so if you know anything, please reply!

Ok so about 3 days ago was the last time me and my boyfreind had sex, but it was painful this time. It felt like something was pulling. After sex my whole vagina became very sinsitve to any kind of touch. Even now it hurt to even shower and clean... So after I got out of the shower I decided to get a mirror and see what was going on down there and it looks streched or ripped at the top and bottom. I've never had this happen to me before and i've been having sex for about 4 years....

Does anyone know anything that might help me out...
