Hey,
my name is amari and I am 16 years old.
I am 2 weeks pregnant (i just got back
from the doctor)! I am very excited but
then again i'm not because my mother is
very upset wit me. I have a few questions
to ask because I didn't get a chance to
ask the doctor that gave me the pregnancy
test. Is it ok for me to drink pop? I
notice that when I brush my teeth my gums
bleed and my mouth waters up more then it
used to, is this normal?

Amari,
first of all welcome to the boards the
girls here are great!!! Im very happy for
you, I just turned 17 yesterday and I am
almost 14 weeks pregnant! My mom is still
seriously pissed off at me she just found
out about 2 weeks ago! Everyone is
telling me to give it time and hopefully
she will come around ya know?? Is the
daddy of your baby still around? Do you
plan on keeping it?? Sensitive gums and
mouth watering are perfectly normal! Well
if you need anything I mean anything else
just pm me I would love to talk to you
some more!! Keep me updated! Much love

Seriously limit ur caffeine...They say to
limit your caffeine to 3 cups a day...But
I just gave up on it and all I drink is
water, milk, and juicy juice! U'll get
used to alot more symptons, most of them
suck but its all good in the end. Like
im only 6 weeks and this week I just
started getting morning sickness and it
sucks and its more than just in the
morning! Drink lots of water, and I mean
lots!!! It will help

Like she said try to limit the cokes.
Drink juices, water, milk, and such like
that. Also, eat healthy.

No, the father of my baby is not around,
we splitted up about a month ago, but we
are very good friends and being really
good friends got me pregnant. Lol.
Yes, I am defintely going to keep and
raise my baby!

Ciara congratulations on your pregnancy!!
Hopefully you will have as much fun being
pregnant as I did! It is a wonderful
experience and a wonderful time so
remember to be happy and show-off that
beautiful belly!! As for jen, happy
belated birthday hun!! Trust me I did not
forget, cause it was cheyenne's 2nd
"original" due date! Lol oh and another
thing girls, the doctors *love* to change
due dates lol, at least mine did! It was
changed twice and then she was born on a
different date than either of the 3 they
told me! Lol
i know I am hardly on anymore but keep me
updated!!

Well welcome to the boards little missy,
and I woulod like to say that I am sorry
for you that the father is not there for
you when you are really going to need
him....I am praying that your mother will
come around. I am 16 and I have a 6 month
old son, sean...He is my life. I would
limit the caffeine, but I still had some,
and yes my gums bleed...Sometimes having a
baby will affect your teeth. You need to
go to the dentist that is what I did.

thanks hun!! My prgnancy is going
pretty good! I go back on the 25th to see
what I am having im excited!!! Actually I
just found out some bad news my boyfriend
has to live down in st. Louis now which
is an hour away until he can get a place
of his own up here his uncle where he was
staying kicked him out soo yah and it was
on his birthday I feel sooo bad for him!
Im really pissed to b/c I need ya know?
