I'm only 6 weeks and i've got pain in my left side where my ovary is. Usually it hurts on the right side but this pain is a lot more then before. Did anyone else have pain like this and it was okay?

No, I just went to get the test done to see if it was positive. I have my first appointment on the 7th or 14th I think.

that could be stretching pains...Or it could mean you have a few cysts growing there. Which isn't bad unless they get to big. Throughout my pregnancy I had cysts....And now I have no pain with them and i've 3 months post(meaning I had a baby 3 months ago) :)

Yeah I had a cyst on my left ovary too when I first found out I was pregnant, and it used to give me pain on that side every once in a while. I'm sure everything is alright =)

I used to have cramping during the 5 - 9 weeks. It is very normal as long as there is no bleeding or very bad cramps.

When I sit for a long time then stand up, it hurts. Or when I reach for stuff, it hurts. Pregnancy comes with some aches and pains...

The day before I found out I was pregnant I was having those pains. I think its just your muscles stretching and making room. Ask your doctor about it at your appointment. :)

I agree that there is a bit of pain during early pregnancy, but how severe is this pain we're talking about? I know everyone's trying not to worry her, but is an etopic (sp?) pregnancy a possibility here? If so, that's uber-bad news and it's one of those things that needs to be diagnosed and taken care of asap!
