Q: Wierd Feeling In the Heart

I have this weird feeling in my heart especialllly when I lie down. My left arm get all numb too. Sometime I feel pain traving to my jaw and my head. I also have trouble breathing when this happens. I cant expain it its really weird. Any thoughts?
