My symptoms are fatigue, short breath, headaches, dizziness, low concentration, what can this be?

Your symptoms look like you have gland problem ( thyroid ) I have the same symtomps four years ago I diagnosed with lupus plus thyroid. Now i'm feeling better I take pills for gland and I will continue taking it for the rest of my life. Mine is under active. No one will exactly know what you experienced. You should consult your doctor. That will help you. My heart is with you
