I know it's the kissing disease, i.E., passed through saliva. However, what about other intimate activities? Can a girl catch mono from a guy that has mono through semen (orally or otherwise)? Is a condom enough to prevent transmission?

The answer to your question is a resounding yes!! Mono can be tracted from oral sex and/or intercourse. Choose your poison. I know.
