I think things like that depend on what state you live in but the basic idea is a baby's as much the dads and the moms unless he waves his rights or she gets sole custody or a court order or something legal like that. In a way I think its one of those things where if you expect him to take responsibility and pay support and all he's also going to have visitation rights unless you get a court order that says otherwise. That's just how it seems to me. I don't know what the law says, especially where you are.
