I've never had a foot problem and I walk in the woods for my work, for years. Latley, about two months ago the ball of my right foot really hurt. I can rub it and theres a small knot in the middle of the ball of the foot, once I put pressure there it sends sharp pains in my foot. The left foot hurts in the same place but not as bad. I have a heck of a time walking in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I feel like a cripple and i'm to young,(34). I've been putting off going to the doctor. Oh also the shoes im wearing are a pair i've had for a long time. Any idea whats wrong? Sl
