I have had stomach cramps and diarrhea for the past 12 hours. I ate pizza last night that I am questioning the cause of food poisoning. The pain in my stomach can be so sever that I can't stand it. I am very week and after going to the bathroom all night and all day I have become very week. This morning after there wasnt anything left in my stomach I began to pass bloody mucus. Should I be worried about this? I took several doses of imodium a-d to stop the diarrhea. Please tell me what to do and if I should be concerned about the blood. Thank you!
