Hello everyone,
my boyfriend is a welder and yesterday he
was welding without a helment (which is
not so bright and I told him that!) but he
happen to get "weld flash" in his eyes
very bad and bright light keeps him from
keeping his eyes open and it hurts like
h---! And I was wondering if anyone knew
what a quick cure for this would be or if
there is anything he can do to help the
pain...So if anyone has suggestions please
let me know....

Hey,
my dad gets this often and his eyes become
red and he cant hold them open, it sounds
the same as shawn. Try to use eye drops
to take the red out. It will help cool
them from the burning as well. Cold
washclothes... Thats about it, besides
waiting it out. If it continues to get
worse dont just take this advice, he has
to get medical attention within the next
