Is the period cycle 28 days from the last
day or the first day of my period??

Your just suppose to have it every 28 days
if you are regular
|

Your cycle starts on the first day your
period starts.

Its suppose to be 28 days from the last
time it started. So if you started on the
12 of jan. Count 28 days from the 12th
|
