Q: Not Sure If I Have a Tumor?

Hi
i noticed a marble sized lump in my butt. I did not worry about it at first but it is still there and only comes out when I release myself(toilet). My young and do not know much about this topic.; is this a tumor? Thank you.

If it hurts or takes a little while to retract back inside after your bowel movement it is most likely an internal hemorrhoid.
