Ok, I woke up this morning with lower back
pain, mild cramping(not too painful) and I
went to the bathroom a few minutes ago and
I had some bloody dis-charge in my
panties!! It wasn't a lot but like a very
very light spotting period! I think and
im pretty sure I lost my mucus plug almost
2-week's ago..I think...Don't really know
for sure:( should I call the doctor? She
did say yesterday I could go at any
second, but I don't want to get too
carried away or worried if it's nothing.
Please help, im curious as to what to do??

Sounds like early labor. The same thing
happened to me with my last baby. I
labored at home for about 18 hours. Then
I went to the hospital and had her 4 hours
later. No need yo call your doc until
your water breaks or contractions are
coming strong and regularly.

me I would call. You said that you where
dialated 4 cm and 70 faced correct. I
would call and let her know about the
bloody show she might want you to come in
and get checked to make sure you havent
dialated anymore. Good luck hun but signs
of complete labor are right around the
corner

Yeah..Yesterday I was 4cm and effaced
70%...Thats what's got me worrying...I
just don't want to get to the hospital to
late or not have time for an epidural, I
would die!! So far everytime I go to the
bathroom I am still having the blood and
it's getting a little bit heavier each
time. I think I will go ahead and call
just incase. Thank's guy's:)

Yeah def. If I knew you were 4 cm
dialated yesterday I would have said the
same as tanya. I like to stay at home as
long as possible, but after laboring for
18 hours I was only 4 cm when I got to the
hospital. I think you're going to go
quick since you have dialated to probably
5 cm or more with little pain.

Thanks guy's! I was worried that maybe
the blood was after my exam yesterday but
I don't think it would be this much. I
did some reading in my book's and it said
that a vaginal exam can cause bleeding but
it also says when you are in active labor
you will have the "show". I will keep you
guy's posted! Thank you again for
responding so quick!!! Wish me luck:)

Yes yes yes call your doc I just recently
went on a hospital tour and that was
mentioned in reasons why to call your doc!
Go now and lemme know!

Yep..I am so glad I left when I did!!
Everyone was right. I thought it was a
false alarm but I was soooo wrong!!! I am
glad I listened to all the posters or I
would have had him here. And there was a
snow storm here the night I had him so if
I would have waited I would have been
stuck!!Lol...Thank you for bumping that,
wow..I can't believe the pregnancy is over
and I am looking at my lil boy:) :)

im here hun...... Im on and off of here
though.. I dont come on here much because
of the virus stuff... Im still preggo I
will be 30 wks tomorrow.. Im having a
girl.. And she is due may 23.. So far so
good.. Little complications here and
thre, and some scares about test, but it
will be okay
