Q: Does Anyone Else Have This Afer Sex/masturbation?

Since around 15yrs of age, within the next 24hrs after masturbating, I experienced the following:
-significant reduction in concentration (noticeable in that games like chess become near-impossible, impatience increases making other games difficult, study becomes inefficient and effectively pointless as short-term memory is poor)
-clumsiness (probably just another aspect of the above in that more likely to drop things or knock things over, etc)
-increased tendency to fatigue (lifting heavy weights feels more painful and less stamina in sport)
-growing pains at tibial tuberosities (prominence below knee) exacerbated and increased sensitivity of those prominences to touch
-joint clicking (ankle, wrist, shoulder, etc joints click more in movement, back clicks/cracks/creaks on arching)
-dry skin becomes drier (more likely to flake at finger nails, feels drier, lips become drier)
-sometimes some dull, poorly localised, generalised aches (can occur almost anywhere on the body)
-prolonged sleep of lower quality (feel tired on waking), but sleep normalises if repeated a few nights in a row and sleep may shorten if I get into the bad habit of using it to aid sleep, then stop.

These have been my usual experiences after sex/masturbation and I used to think those were the experiences everyone had, till I searched on the internet and found articles suggesting this wasn't the case.

Has anyone else had these experiences? I am asking this because I have recently experienced reduced or complete lack of sleep and a very noticeable, more discomforting manifestation of the generalised pains (burning as well as dull, with some tingling at times, but all quite mild, though not completely ignorable). These new pains have however not been associated with masturbation as before, but actually occured in its absence, with no real change after masturbation.

If you don't experience anything like this - could you please just describe what you experience so that I have an image of 'normal' and degree of variation between people so that I can see if my experiences were/are indeed peculiar.

Apologies for posting in two men's health forums - the topic seems to straddle the borders of the two.

Sorry, I can't offer much advice but not getting replies is lame, so I will reply saying: "go to your doctors!"

if your embarressed, don't be... Its confidential and well...If theres a worse underlying problem there its better to get yourself checked out rather than life with it.

I got my balls checked by my doctors, I had the following:

intense pain in my balls, swelling, severe lower back pain, nausea, and plenty of pain in my lower regions.

It turned out I had mumps, glad I went to the docs ^^
