Worried, But Not Sure If I Should Be

Hi, I am 17 year old and starting to get a bit paranoid about the whole appendicities thing. Three of my friends had it, one ended up dying because of it. Im starting to feel a small sensation in the right hand side of my body, near to the top of my hip. I wouldnt call it pain, because it doesnt hurt - I can just sort of feel like a glowing sensation and im not sure what it is. I have none of the symptoms, nothing hurts when I cough and I havent been sick and feel fine, im just a bit woried
