Going to the gym? I can't afford the gym, but I was wondering what I could do to gain some muscle mass other ways.

You will need weight to gain muscle mass. You will need to a) eat like a champ... (not a little veggie diet, but eat some real foood.. And lots of it!) ... And b) tear some muscle fibers to stimulate muscle growth.. This requires a decent amount of weight to work with. Buy some used dumbells.. It's an inexpensive way to do some core exercise movements.

No need to post it 3 times, I think hes got it affer 1.
You will need to either get to a gym or buy some weights and make a little mini home gym. Compund, bodyweight excercises are great for starting and will develope good core muscles. Start with that and continue on the the weights.

I got one of those excercise wheels, they're like 5 bucks, and it works my abbs better than anything, from top to bottom and all the sides. Also, the best muscle building for upper body aside from that is simply chin-ups and push-ups. Not strong enough to do pull-ups? That what I hear alot of people say, but if you can only do 3, then do 3 till you can do 5, then 5 till you can do more etc. It's worked for me, and it's the only thing that's worked for me.
