Hi, well from what you have written it would seem unlikley that you are pregnant, from my own knowledge of birth control and the effects of child birth I would be inclined to beleive that there are 3 reasons you may be having these problems,........ The first is that the type of bc you are on is not right for you...... Although you may have used it b4 pregnancy changes how your body reacts to things like bc pills/ implants/ injections..... Also the implant ( if thats what you are using) has side effects such as weight gain and can stop or shorten your period, all chemically based bc can interfere with your periods, leading to water retention, cramps, fatigue and feeling ill..........
The second reason could be that you may have a small peice of membrane ( the sack that held your baby) or placenta left inside you after you gave birth and it has moved into a postion that is blocking your cervix and not allowing the blood to flow freely, that can somethines happen, although it is rare. The 3rd reason is bc is not always reliable, antibiotics, gastro, throwing up and a number of other things can make it ineffective........ Even if you do take the pill every day.........
My best advice to you would be to go to the docters and discuss the problems you are having at the moment, if nothing elce they will be able to put your mind at ease about the pregnancy issue....
