Hi , I feel like at the top on my penis were ppl call it the bell end sry for this launguage cant describe it at the bottom of it it feels like something is there when I cough like a big of urinae wen I go to toilet a few seconds after a few bits comes out of unine just a few? Is this prostate cancer?
