Hey guys, i've got a few problems. I'm
not sure how serious they are, or if they
are serious at all, but they have been
bugging the hell out of me lately. For
reference I am 20 years old, and I do not
have any illnesses that would complicate
things, that I know of.
Over the past month I have noticed a
considerable loss of sexual drive. I find
I don't even become erect when thinking
about sex most of the time. I can get
erect when I try to masturbate, but most
of the time I don't even feel like it.
Also, when I do get an erection, it does
not seem to be as hard as it was a few
months ago, and goes away if not
constantly stimulated.
Another problem i've had on and off is
premature ejaculation. Over the years
i've run into ruts where I would have it,
and I feel i'm back in one.
Even when I am with a girl that I am
dating I find at times I can be either
very hard and close to climax, or I will
have a loose erection.
It has really started to takes its toll on
me, as now most of the day I think about
how I can't really get into things
anymore. It's annoying mostly because I
want to become aroused, but I find that
when I try it becomes more of a task for
me than anything else.

Sounds like another case of reduced
testosterone. Go to your local health
store and invest in some of the
following:
take around 30 mins before bed time, and
don't masturbate or ejaculate for the
first few days while on this as your body
adjusts and begins raising testosterone
levels again.
There are many other things you can do as
well, such as exercising, reducing yoru
intake of saturated fats, etc.
