Q: More Moles On 1 Leg

Hello!! I had a "moderately precancerous" mole removed from my left lower leg almost 2 years ago. Recently I have noticed that the same leg has many more(30 ) moles (flat, dark spots) than the right leg(8).Is this normal?? I am 44.(don't know if that matters)
