Impotenceat25yrs

Hello all. I'm a 25 year old man with an impotence problem. I have had it because I had an injury some months ago. I really hate it, but have come to accept the impotence. But I don't like this tingling that i'm getting.

This whole impotence/pain problem started one time when I was in bed at night, dark, and masterbated alittle. It took like less thatn 20 seconds and then I felt a weird sharp pain that ran through the shaft of the penis.

My impotence is not complete though, I can get erections mentally( although I have to try really hard and concentrate) and erections by rubbing my penis on my tight underware/pants , sometimes even hard ones..Although they tend to not last much, . And my libido is pretty much gone. I can look, think, of a girl and I don't get that "sssss" or "wow" sensation that I used to get when I was normal. I also get a sharp pain when for example I am standing and go down to sit in a low chair. Or get up from a chair. .. In other words, that is, when my penis gets squeezed by my torso movement, or pelvis, etc. I feel this sharp pain.

Well but having no choice but to accept that impotence would be not much of a problem . The thing that is killing me is the tingling sensation. It may be centered on the penis, but I actually feel it in the pelvis surrounding area, and sometimes the nuts( i'm not realy sure, it's kind of hard to tell where exactly it is). It feels like a tingly/constant sensation , like if I was bleeding or something. And when this happens I feel like really like i'm dying( although it is not sharp pain, but it doesn't stop ). I have that tingling some days all day, but there have been periods of 2 weeks when I pretty much feel no tingling and I can live with that. But then it returns and

i just don't know why. So I wonder what my problem is,, ...Could it be nerve damage?? Anyone else had this problem? The only thing that i've been able to relate to my problem as I read online documents, is broken penis, and peroynies disease. But my penis does not look in any way like a broken penis, and it has no bend like in peroynies. When my penis goes erect it looks pretty nice and straight. I can ejaculate fine also. In fact, I have thought about, and have come up with some self therapies that help me through this painful life and one of them is getting erections. Although difficult to get at times, when I get erections I feel so much better. Is like i'm getting blood and the blood is nourishing the places where it tingles. So that I feel kind of like normal when I get erections.

Well I went to urologist , she checked. And because there is nothing visible she just doesn't believe me much, then finally after I told her to please check more, we did a cystoscopy, the urethra was fine and prostate too. So , now she's to the point where she doesn't even want to check more. Says is all mental, but I doubt it, it's been like 3 or 4 months and I feel quite impotent and with pain/tingling. Well, if anyone has any idea or have had same experience...How did you deal?

Thanks
