What is pre-cum? I am not sure exactly what it is. And I keep hearing this word around this site. Sorry for my stupidity or lack of knowledge but please inform what this is.

Its the stuff that comes out before the guy ejaculates, it still contains sperm, so therefore can get you pregnant.
