Q: Arms That Feel Like Stone

My neice had been told she has chronic fatigue syndrom and she has migraines plus female problems. These are all scary but the one that gets her the most is the forarms keep turning rock hard and very painful she has been checked for arthritis by two specialists and has none. She needs to know where to go for help from here.
