Ok, here's my case...
I have these white zits, and have had as
long as I can remember. So I presume it
can't be serious. But unlike zits... They
do not disappear.
There may not be many of them, but the
ones I haven't managed to puncture have
stayed long term...
Frankly, I wish there was a kit you could
buy with a very thin needle.
Am I the only one for whom these zits
don't disappear?

I don't think those are zits. I forget
what they are called, but they are
normal.
To be honest, I used a needle for zits on
my face when I was younger because it
hurts to pop them and you can drive the
infection deeper by squeezing. If you have
access to a sewing needle or sewing pin,
clean it with a facial cleanser and use
that, cleaning it each time. I don't
believe it is harmful as long as you are
careful.

I need something sharper tipped than a
sewing needle really.
