Q: Scar tissue (adhesions) after bile duct stricture

I have a friend who currently has stricture in the distal part of his common bile duct and may need surgery. He has had 3 intestinal bypass surgeries in the past 25 years. He has a significant amount of scar tissue (adhesions) as a result of radiation injury. We are looking for a surgeon with extensive experience in operating under these circumstances. Does anyone have any recommendations? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
