Is there anyone who can help I am suffering from terrible pain in the front part of my right thigh which also has lump in this area .I also suffering from cramps in both feet in my toes.I have tried quinine sulphate to no help . This pain always feels worse when resting .I can only lie on my back as lying on either side of my body effects this pain. Very greatful for any help .
