Q: Could I Be Pregnant

I have been cramping for a few days now....And I keep thinking tha ti am going to start my period but nothing. That has been happening for like 4 days now. Then 3 days ago I had light pinkish spotting like once and then yesturday I had it again...I also felt like I was going to be sick last night in the the middle of the night. What does this mean? Usually when I get the cramps I start the next day or two but it has now been close to 5 days. And nothing...Please help

I would go ahead and take a home pregnancytest to make sure.Those are a few symptoms but could be a bug but test anyway
