yes, I am currently on birth control and have found out this past Monday that my gallbladder is filled with stones and I have to get it removed. I think I may need another form of birthcontrol??

I started on Ortho Tri Cyclen in 2001 by quickly moved onto Kariva because of severe mood swings. By 2003, I had lost 40 pounds in a matter of weeks and needed to have my gallbladder removed. When Ortho Evra came out, I switched to avoid missing pills but my breast grew from B's to D's and I gained weight. In 2006, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and PCOS. At that time I was on Mircette until I stopped getting my period. My endocrinologist switched me onto Yasmin. I recently heard that there is a class action lawsuit against Yasmin for causing gallbladder disease but Yasmin obviously wasn't the cause for my digestive tract issues. But I know that birth control has had something to do with it!
