How accurate are "conception dates" from a sonogram in the first trimester? The Dr. Says november 3rd. What are the odds that pregnancy occured on october 16 if nov. 3 is the correct date?

I think the sonogram is definitely wrong because a due date on 3 november means the embryo hasn't been conceived yet!!!!
You'll only create the little one in february!!!
