Has anyone tried it? I've heard it
really works (haha isn't it like that with
everything) geeze. So has anyone tried
it? I've thought of going on atkins but
probably can't take the no carb thing.
But hey I don't know i'd like to try the
kellog's one....Sub 2 meals for a bowl of
kellogs and eat 1 regular meal. So has
anyone been on it?

Cereal Diet? Posted: 01-23-05 23:40pm
No I havent heard of it.. But hey I think
u can do the atkins diet if you change it
to fit you..
Try this keep a food book...Write down
everything u eat.. While on this diet..If
you do bad.. And eat something u wasnt
take a pen and circle it..The next day try
to improve it..
And try this it works for me..Kinda the
atkins diet but not
eat white meats only~! Such as turkey,
chicken, tuna, pork,fish,shrimp..Etc..
Bake and broil only...
Eat green veggies... With no gravys or
sauces..
For breakfast eat eggs with cheese and a
breakfast meat..Your choice..
Do not eat:
cakes, breads, brownies, chips, no
cereals, no pop tarts, dont eat anything
that comes in a box.. This is considered
process foods..
If you cant grow it in a garden dont eat
it..
Those diet bars and drinks ..May not be
good for you either.. Dont know whats in
them but I do know when I eat them I get
the urge to snack more.. And causes me to
cheat..
Diet soda is ok..Just make sure it is
caffine free..
Tea is cool too... Caffine free..
No milk..But u can get it from cheese
...
Look at the ingredients on the packages of
items.. You want to get things low in
carbs..
Cream cheeese is good and now they make
things with flavor ..Cheese dip is good..
With pork rines..Salsa too.. Green onion
dip too..Low in carb.. Nuts... Read
labels..
If you really want to loose weight ..
Allow yourself.. 20 carbs per day ..Thats
it..
I know that sounds hard but it really
isnt.. Tuna is good.. Chicken and turkey
is great too.. And theres tons of recipes
that you can figure something out to
eat...Use spices to make things taste
better...
Good luck

hi yes im on the kellogs diet now, and its
really good, I have been on it for 6 days
and alreay lost 5 pounds which is great
for me because usually I cant do the whole
diet thing but this one is easy cuz you
still get a nice dinner in the evening.
Dont go on the atkins because its sooo
hard and if you end up eating carbs you
put on twice the weight because thats what
happened with me. On this kellogs diet I
dont eat any chocolate or anything and I
always drink plenty of water and eat fruit
and its working great for me. I might
carry this one on for a little bit longer
than im meant to. :d

I think the reason kellog's diet works is
b/c a bowl of ceral with milk has very few
calories. So basically you are replacing
two meals of the day with low-calorie
food.
Hope it works for you.
