I've had this for as long as I can remember, any suggestions would be great. It's the skin on the top side of my penis head, it's got these wrinkles going from side to side. It's not red or anything and it's not an std it's just horribly embarrasing, there's also a few little bumps that are flesh colored. I guess the only thing that I could compare it to is like the skin on your elbows. Like I said any idea's at all would be great.
