Well it kind of depends if you are male or female - I would say if you are female it is normal - if you are male - I am not sure maybe a guy will answer

If you are a girl, from the way you use the word panties im guessing maybe. But there are one of two things which of course can be confirmed by the doctor. You could have a discharge that is more apparant at the time of ovulation. Or if more cloudy you could have thrush.
Just go to a gp and talk to them they will be able to give you alot of information. Dont panic us women get many different bizare thing going on. Good luck
