I am a 32 year old married woman of
relatively good health. However, in the
past 3-4 years I have noticed that I have
become extremely cold natured to the point
that I cannot handle cold air or water
against my skin. This past summer I
would become cold with the air conditioner
on in my house even if the temperature
outside was in the 70s. The only changes
that have taken place in the past 3-4
years is that I went off birth-control
pills and within the past 1.5 years I have
lost 75 pounds. However, this was a
problem before I lost the weight. I have
been taking a multi-vitamin with iron but
that hasn't helped. Can someone please
help me with this problem? I am
desperate for an answer to my problem.
