I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I have been having very bad lower back pains pelvic bone, hip bones, and basically every bone that surrounds the private area is in very bad pain to the point were it hurts to stand, walk, or to just move is this normal or a cause for concern. :roll:

You should try laying down when it happens. It is probably just stretching. I would talk to your doctor though.
