The only difference in these are price and name..They generally don't cause sexual side effects, lowest chance of anyway..I have been on both and they work the same, it's just easier with lexapro because I can go higher doses. As with celexa you can only go to 30mg..I will probley be back on wellbutrin soon too.....I'm sick of taking pills. :(

Isn't lexapro the isomer of celexa? That is, a mirror image, same chemical formula but opposite cnfiguration.

I don't think you can buy real generic lexapro, it is new and the patent hasn't been released yet to make generics.

lexapro vs celeax
have samples of lex but a script for celexa. why bother taking lex if i cannot get it any more.....feedback
