I recently have 4 lumps in my neck...At first it was just one but over the past couple days I have been finding more and more. Is it just my lymph notes fighting off a bad infection or more? If you know please tell me what it might be!

lump above adams apple
In the last week or two, every time I look up, my neck hurts right above my adams apple, it feels really tight, like I can only look up so far. And then I started feeling around in my neck and I felt the tightness when I look up, and I also felt a little marble size lump up an inch from my adams apple. I smoke and use to chew tobacco. Needless to say, Im a bit worried?!?

lump above adams apple
I noticed a lump above my adams apple. The size would usually be about the size of a marble. However, at times this lump would grow to the size of about a walnut. It would be very tight in this area and I would also have a hard time looking up. In any case, because of the size my Doctor decided to have it removed just to be safe. He remove the lump which was a swollen lymph node. It was checked and it was not cancer. I my opinion I would suggest that you go to your doctor to have it diagnosed.
