Is it possible to still contract genital warts from your partner is she has no outbreak and you use a condom?

Grrr
This is utterly useless, why the heck is there a forum for questions on this stuff, might as well just call up the health nurse and ask her...

Gg efficiency.

Scary Huh?
Yes, it is possible. As far as I know from talking to nurses and researching on the internet, it doesn't make any difference whether someone is having an 'outbreak.' if they have the virus it can be transmitted at any time. Also, condoms don't prevent transmission.

Extremely eHealthy
Very true. High risk hpv also can be contracted with or without a condom.

Sorry, no one answered your question for a while, but hardly anyone every comes to this forum. Next time post it in the men or women's sexual health forum as there are more users there.
