For a minor twist or sprain in the ankle from playing soccer and elbow from playing baseball, should I cool it or warm the injured area?? Please help.

You want to cool the area to reduce any inflammation in the tendons and help the area heal.. I've had my share of sprains and ice has always helped.

Even if it's not swollen, the tendons can be inflammed.. That's what's causing the pain. I would put ice on it twice a day for a few days and just take it easy on the joint. It should heal up on its own.

Extremely eHealthy
I am no Dr. But I always feel that it is heat for pain and ice for swelling or inflamation and you can always rotate them.
Hope you feel better.
Hope this helps!
Sincerely,
sandy
