Hey. I was reading through some posts, and came upon this one. I just wanted to say that bulimia is not the way to go. I also have an eating disorder - anorexia / bulimia. Therefore, I completely understand how obnoxious it is when people say ' you need to stop. Just stop, just eat. You're dying.' blah blah blah. Of course we'd like to stop this. But at the same time we love this kind of control and power. It's a really really hard thing to conquer.
What i'm doing is just trying to minimize the amount of purging each week. Like if I purge 4 times one day.. I'll only purge 3 the next. I just try to do a lesser amount after a certain period of time. Whatever works for you. Or........ I just drink tons of diet soda, or 0 cal drinks... Or best for you - a crazy amount of water. Then you can't eat because you're so full ! Anyway, i'm here for support or anything you need.
