Q: I'm Worried About a Small Bump Inside of My Breast

I have a small bump inside my left breast by my nipple. It's been there for a while but I haven't noticed it again until recently. I've just reached the age of 20... And i'm worried about it. I have no idea what it may be. It's like the size of an almond.
If you can help me out or give me some advice i'd apprciate it a lot! Thanks.
